Astora Clothing – Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

Return Process
Before returning any item, you must contact us via email to request a return. Please include your order details and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
